The ads that spy on you

It makes no difference these days whether you are surfing or just simply travelling around in your car, walking or using public transport.

But there are many ways that the advertisers are using these days, not to capture our attention, but to monitor what our reaction are to adverts and to know which sort of advertising works.

This serves a couple of purposes, the first being that advertisers need to show that there is some response to their adverts and secondly the advertisers would like to know what their potential target audience are searching for or looking at.

These are clues for the advertisers who can then direct their adverting at specific people, this is where the mini cameras in billboards come in, and they can actually watch the reactions of passers by!
