The plan to save Battersea power station
A £4 billion plan to save Battersea power station before it falls down has been unveiled, but I order to save the power stations which is one of the most easily recognisable sights on the London skyline the sight is going to have to change dramatically.
The project will include an underground link, three thousand homes, several shopping malls, some sort of hotel, as well as a certain amount of green space and not to mention the thousand foot high glass tower. Now that the skyline has changed will anyone notice Battersea power station?
Of course there is a green element here too, which is going to known as the eco dome, this will cover a large proportion of the area turning it into a giant green house where the elements from the outside world are forever kept outside leaving it nice and comfortable for the people within.
