Patronising a bad business

You know how it is there this local store that is very convenient for those last minute items or when you really don’t fancy driving to the out of town superstore, but the people that run this little store are rude, sell stuff that is out of date and so on, every town must have a store like this, so why do we put up with this sort of practice?

We say that we will never go back in there, but we always do so and it is this that is wrong, patronizing a business like this, is just encouraging them to continue making a good living without appreciating their customers, yet we are to blame its our money that keeps these store running and without our custom their business would fail.

Business should not be able to rely on custom unless they deserve it, yet this just won’t happen, will it?
